  • How do I request an early check-in or late check-out?

    Contact our Mercury Hotel front desk team at (508)487-9892.

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in - 3PM

    Check out - 11AM

  • What is your policy regarding cancellations?

    There is a 14-day cancelation policy.  If a reservation is cancelled within the 14-day cancellation policy, the total room and tax for entire reservation will be forfeited.

  • Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

    No

  • Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?

    21 years old.

  • Can the hotel provide kid cots or baby cribs upon request? What are your COVID safety precautions?

    Hotel does not provide cribs or pack and plays.

  • Is internet available at the hotel?

    Complimentary highspeed wireless internet access on unlimited devices. 

  • Is there parking on site?

    Limited onsite parking. Street parking is recommended.

  • Can I have a package delivered to the hotel?

    Yes, but the package must have the name of the guest that matches the name on the reservation.  If the package has a name that does not register in the hotel reservation system, then the package will be refused.

  • What is the hotel's pet policy?

    Pets are not permitted.

  • Does the hotel offer group blocks for special events?

    Please contact the Mercury Hotel Manager for details. 

  • Is the hotel kid-friendly?

    Yes, anyone under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 

  • Does the hotel have any connecting rooms?

    No.

  • Does the hotel offer room service?

    No

  • Is smoking permitted on the property?

    No.  If evidence of smoking is found in guest rooms or outdoor communal public spaces, a USD 250.00 non-refundable fee will be charged to the guest.  Designated smoking areas are located outside.  Please contact the front desk for locations.

  • Is there a fitness center on the property?

    No

  • Does the hotel have refrigerators?

    Yes, in each guestroom. 

  • Does the hotel charge a resort fee?

    Yes, please contact hotel for details.

  • How far is the hotel from the airport?

    Mercury Hotel to Logan International Airport - 117 Miles, 2 hr. 8 minutes from hotel. Mercury Hotel to Provincetown Airport 5 miles, 11 minutes

  • What are the ADA features at the hotel?

  • Does the hotel provide beach towels and beach chairs?

    Yes, hotel provides complimentary beach towels and beach chairs for rent, first come first serve.  If not returned, there will be a separate charge to the guest.
