CAPE COD FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL
All of Cape Cod
Savor the best of the Cape during Cape Cod Life’s Food and Wine Festival, a showcase of the area’s finest chefs and restaurants in a sampling of unique cultural venues. The event kicks off with the Grand Opening Tasting at the beautiful new Rectrix Aerodrome at Barnstable Municipal Airport. Enjoy a gala evening of local cuisine, wines from around the world, and a celebrity chef cooking demonstration. Artists and musicians from the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod will present original works and live music for a truly spectacular celebration. Partial proceeds from the evening benefit The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod and The Institute for Hospitality and Culinary Studies at Cape Cod Community College.
The Grand Opening Tasting event leads into a capewide week of wine dinners and cultural happy hours. Over 30 restaurants in four days, the wine dinners feature local chefs paired with spectacular wineries showcasing the pleasant palette duo of wine and food. Our Cultural Happy Hours capture the richness of art, history and environment that Cape Cod offers; we feature four different venues per evening offering a full complement of wines, food and local culture. Proceeds from these events will go to each featured organization.
