Rates may be changed without notice and do not include state or local taxes ( currently 9.7% ). Rates may also be changed for special events, holidays or seasonal promotions.

Reservations and Cancellations Arrival and Departure Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. If you are arriving after 6 pm, please call to advise us of your arrival time. Checkout for guests and their cars is at 11 am. Parking Policy Please note that parking is strictly on a "first come, first served basis". Once all available space is taken, guests must park elsewhere at their expense. Deposits, Payments and Cancellations A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. We prefer deposits to be paid- by personal check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Payment of Balance Payment of the balance of the bill is required on arrival in cash, traveler's checks or credit card. We regret that personal checks are not accepted at this time. There is no refund for early departure or shortened stays.

Cancellation Policy Deposits on a reservation cancelled at any time prior to a stay during June, July, August, September or over major holiday periods* or any other special event period* are NON REFUNDABLE. these include but are not limited to Valentines Weekend, Presidents Weekend, Memorial Weekend, July 4th Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Women's Week, Halloween Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Holly Folly Weekend, New Years Eve holiday. At all other times deposits on rooms cancelled more than 21 days prior to the arrival date are refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room booked. Deposits on rooms cancelled 21 days or less of the arrival date are refunded only if room(s) are re-let for the entire period of the booking, less $25.00 cancellation fee per room booked. Child Policy ( 17 and under ) We are a child friendly home, after all we have four of our own! Please call us directly for restrictions Pets We regret we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. However, if you have a dog or cat with which you want to share the Provincetown experience, board them at KC's Animal Resort Tel: (508) 487 7900 located on Shank Painter Rd.
